Solar Mechanics is led by its president, Emilio Medina. Emilio holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and took over the families HVAC business over 20 years ago. Over the past two decades, Emilio's unique position as a Chemical Engineer and as a designer and installer of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning systems has given him tremendous insight on home and commercial efficiency.

Also at the helm is Solar Mechanics' vice president, Andy Chen. Andy holds a degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering with over 20 years experience in the semiconductor industry. Andy has been researching energy conservation and renewable energy techniques for over a decade.
INSTALLATION ENGINEERING TEAM
One of Solar Mechanics' greatest assets is our NABCEP trained installation engineering team that includes the management as well. The installation engineers attend regular classes and training events including those given by NAPCEP, SEI, and PV equipment manufacturers .
Solar Mechanics services Southern California. The management and employees are also here locally. This means that we understand the climate and the needs that only local residents can.
The company holds multiple California Contractor Licenses including C-46 Solar and C-10 Electrical Contractor.
